I’m a personal trainer and ex-pro ballet dancer

MEET CORINNE

I’m Corinne—a personal trainer and former professional ballet dancer. Movement has always been my language. After seven years performing at a high level, I learned the discipline, control, and resilience it takes to move with purpose—and now I bring that same mindset into my training.

My approach goes beyond sets and reps. I help people build strength, confidence, and a real connection with their bodies. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, improve mobility or simply feel better in yourself, I’ll guide you with care, precision, and a focus on progress that lasts.

My background in professional ballet gives me a deep understanding of how the body moves. I combine strength training with precision, control, and a mind-body approach to help you train smarter—not just harder.

Your first session includes a consultation where we chat through your goals, lifestyle, and any injuries or concerns. From there, we’ll do a light movement session to assess how your body moves and start building your plan.

That depends on your goals and schedule. Some clients work with me once a week, others 2–3 times. We’ll figure out what works best for you and your lifestyle.

Yes! I offer both in-person and online coaching, so you can train with me from anywhere with the same level of support and accountability.
